I received my piano on Thursday evening, and I’ve been so engrossed by it I have only now had chance to write you this email. The piano is amazing as you said it would be, the sound it produces is beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful experience I’ve had from start to finish with you, there isn’t anything that I’m not completely satisfied with.
